I see a lot of advice online that's aimed at temperate climates. If you could save a beginner in India from making one mistake, what would it be? Mine would be overwatering.

I've had the most success with chillies and spinach.

Tomatoes are productive but seem to need much more attention.

Curious what everyone else has had success with.
