The pictures above are concept ideas that I had to paint and make mega Bloks pirate figures that have never been created before. I am considering painting either the Port Royal British Soldiers to look more like the East India Trading Company Style, however I am unsure if they would be suitable for it or if I should pick the British Soldiers in the Singapore Escape Set, as that’s the closest mega Bloks ever released EiTC soldiers.
In the third image I tried emulating a concept for POTC 1 Commondore Norrington, as all we’ve received is his Dead Man’s Chest look and Admiral Norrington outfit in at Worlds end. Figured I could share these to see what people thought.

Since I grew up with the prequel trilogy, I’ve been wanting to build a curated collection. I had shown off my separatist display, but I figured I’d show off most of my collection. My favorite section is the 2009 Venator w/ the 2002 Clones and Republic Officers.
Looking for genuine thoughts as it whether this display setup is too crowded or if it feels spaced out well enough, as this is my goal with showing off my collection.
I’ve also trimmed down on sets that don’t hold as much nostalgia and decided to put them up online for my future family.
For example, I recently got the 2013 gunship complete on eBay, and decided to get rid of the red Coruscant Guard Gunship as it doesn’t really appeal to me as much.
I bought an item on BrickLink that arrived significantly not as described. I contacted the seller right away and asked to return it. The seller acknowledged the issue, but refused to provide a prepaid return label or cover return shipping.
They then told me they were fine with letting PayPal handle the dispute and would respond to whatever PayPal requested. I opened a Significantly Not as Described claim, stated that I was willing to return the item, and let PayPal handle it.
PayPal eventually closed the case in my favor due to no seller response and issued a full refund. I was never instructed to return the item, never given a return deadline, and never asked to provide return tracking. The case has now been closed for over a month, and I also confirmed directly with PayPal that there is nothing further pending.
Now, more than a month later, the seller has reopened the issue through BrickLink, is demanding the item back within a few days, and is threatening both a BrickLink report and small claims court.
I’m curious how people here would handle this. Since the seller specifically chose to let PayPal handle the dispute, PayPal refunded me without requiring a return, and the case has been closed for over a month, how much weight does the seller’s later demand realistically have?
Would you respond to the seller, contact BrickLink Support directly, or just preserve everything and wait unless something official happens? Are they likely bluffing? It was a 400 dollar LEGO set
It genuinely sucks that the Malevolence 9515 is the only Separatist Capital Ship that LEGO has ever released. We need more separatist star fighters and more unique battle droids (Blue Pilot Battle Droids, Red Security Battle Droids etc..) and especially Magnaguards, what’s up with that??
My parents got me these set when I was a kid, including the two spinjitzu spinner sets. I know these are from Season 1 I believe, but is there any 1-3 sets you guys would recommend that I could do a shelf for the Pilot Episodes of Ninjago? With the skeletons?
I’m in my mid-20s and have always loved the world of G.I. Joe. I grew up during the Valor vs. Venom era, so that’s where a lot of my nostalgia comes from, but I’ve always appreciated the classic ARAH stuff too.
One thing I always wanted was the Terror Drome, but prices for a complete one have gotten way beyond what I’d realistically want to spend. Instead, I’m thinking of finally starting a small G.I. Joe collection now.
The catch is that I don’t want this to turn into a huge completionist collection. I want something small, self-contained, and display-focused — basically one centerpiece with enough figures/accessories around it that it feels like a complete little representation of G.I. Joe.

Which would you pick and why?
I know they’re completely different scales, so I’m less concerned about mixing them and more interested in which package works better as a standalone, closed-off display and gives the best overall G.I. Joe experience without needing to buy a ton afterward.
If you owned both, I’d especially love to hear which one you’d keep if you could only have one.
