Salary as an IC Manager in MNC (Bank)

Hi. I’ve been working for 8 years total all in MNC banks. Now with JPMC as 601 Associate. I’m happy with the benefits, company branding, work life balance, and the team as well. However, I think my salary is too low for my position. I’ve been with operations my whole career. I don’t have any license/credential but I do work well in Ops. Got tons of recognitions due to work load and efficiency. However, I still do feel my salary is not enough.

When I transferred here my basic increase was only 20%, now at 75k, 14th month, performance bonus also on par with my salary.

Anyone here who also works as a 601, AVP, or IC Manager on another company? (ING, DB, Citi or local banks like Metro) I wanna know your thoughts please.

Just to add if you know companies here who can go as high up to 120k with full WFH or 2x office per month?
