how risky is cymbalta and tramadol together?

hi everyone! i started duloxetine 30mg about 2 weeks ago and i take it for pain from my endometriosis. right now is my first flare up since starting this medication and i usually take tramadol when its unbearable around 3 days a month. i only take 50mg of tramadol and i take it max 1/2 a day. i just called the pharmacy and they told me to not take it together same as the internet but i have seen people on here who take it together. obviously i know its better not to mix it and i dont want serotonin syndrome by any means but i have so much pain that its kinda the only option. do people who use them together want to share their experiences? good or bad

need some advice

hi everyone. i started duloxetine almost 2 weeks ago and i would like some advice. the first few days were really physically uncomfortable but that passed for the most part besides restless legs arms etc. a few days in i started to notice i was feeling more depressed. i have been chronically depressed but in recovery for 2 years now and i have been doing a lot better. i feel overwhelmed/anxiety/depression creeping in and it feels similar to a burnout? i dont know if it could be from this medicine. i got it prescribed for chronic pain because i have endometriosis and that also takes a mental strain on me. this past week i haven't been able to get out of bed, neglected my internship completely, when i am in bed i still feel overwhelmed and i only want to lay with the blanket over my head and i want everyone to leave me alone. i feel a deep need for 'rest' even tho i have technically been resting. i just cant seem to find it. i need some advice cause i can't tell if this might be a depression relapse or from duloxetine or maybe both? im on 30mg

would love feedback for my new shop!

hi everyone :) i recently started my own etsy shop for handmade jewelry after getting permanently banned on vinted for 'commercial selling' vinted was the platform i was used to and i had traffic there but from etsy it seems to only be people i know irl. does anyone have tips how i can optimize my listings so it brings more traffic from etsy itself? im considering promoting on social media but i haven't done that yet. my etsy is called billiesgemstudio https://billiesgemstudio.etsy.com

duloxetine/cymbalta

hi everyone :) this medicine got prescribed to me and i've been reading online about it and to say it short now im terrified to take it. are there people who have (good) experiences or important information the doctors dont tell you about?

a little background information about me and why i got it prescribed

i have diagnosed adenomyosis and suspected endometriosis and i have been struggling with this for 12 years now (im 24) thats why a hysterectomy is currently out of the question cause no doctor wants to do it here in the netherlands :') i already have an mirena iud and 2 mini pills that dont help my flares enough. this is why i often take tramadol even tho i get advised against it, its just the only thing that gives me a little bit of relief. (naproxen and paracetemol too ofc) because everything combined doesnt help enough i got prescribed duloxetine but im very scared, all information is welcome
