What is going on with the live coverage from Canada Place. It’s always noisy, seaplanes taking off behind them, motor boats drowning them out, papers ready to blow away. Beautiful background but such a terrible decision to have them outside. They are just lucky the weather is cooperating.

Anyone having issues X out of apps or even going back. It is like it’s fighting me to stay where I am. I have to do a hard close to get out of the app.

The lawn is a B+ but with the next stretch of warm weather I expect it to explode with weeds. Already had a seed and fertilizer treatment. Is it too late to apply a pre-emergent? There is
