Is this normal??

I got this bridge piercing in may, haven’t had any problems with it until recently. There was inflammation around the piercing hole on the left side , I’ve noticed this for about 2-3 weeks now (could of possibly been like that for longer although I dought it) , and starting around yesterday, I noticed that this inflammation is on both sides now. Should I be worried???
