Toyota echo 2005 misfire problem need help?

Hi, Ive been having problems with my Toyota echo and I don't know what could be the problem. I have a misfire code on the #3 cylinder going off but I don't know if it is only that coil or something more. I have also some other codes like EVAP and an O2 sensor but I don't know if that could be the cause. My manifold also isn't in the best of shape. If it can help I took a bunch of pictures while I lifted it up. I would really appreciate advice. Thank you!

Toyota Echo 2005 1,5L 4 cylinder- 253k miles - Have had this car since October of 2025

Codes im having other than the P0303 (cylinder 3) are :

-P0136 O2 bank 1 sensor 2

-P0441,P0442,P0446 EVAP

Pre misfire context : In March I had multiple codes of random/multiple misfire, cylinder #1-3-4 misfire codes. We changed spark plugs (OEM ones), checked coil packs, changes somme coil pack connectors (broken ones), looked for a broken connection, etc. Turns out, it was a broken filler neck that was letting in water. Fixed it and changed fuel out and no more misfires till now. Went a whole 9 weeks without any misfires since this one.
