How's the customer support of MSI and Lenovo?
Just asking because both onexplayer and GPD have awful customer support. For one thing there is no phone support. Additionally no matter how clearly you state your problem or even take a video they act like they don't understand, then after several days of going back and forth they deny the problem and don't help. I fell hard like a lot of people for the power of both of these devices but they are poorly built and massively over priced and im done with them. I had an MSI Claw and loved it. Also had a lenovo legion go S Steam model with the z1e and that was good too. I am thinking of going for an A8 form MSI. I'll probably miss being able to access advanced graphics when I'm not connected to the internet but I just can't stand how I was treated by these companies and they dont deserve to be rewarded for their bad behavior.
