Is this supplement all I need when doing a 14 day water fast?

If you have any other better products to recommend I'll be open to it, currently on keto for 5 weeks and would like to start giving fasting a try.

Just to add I'm currently 289lbs down from 313lb.

Been watching older anime that got overshadowed by bigger shows lately — Outlaw Star is one you should definitely watch

If you’ve never watched Outlaw Star, honestly, give it a chance. I feel like this is one of those anime that somehow got forgotten while Cowboy Bebop gets all the attention.

And don’t get me wrong, I love Cowboy Bebop. It’s easily one of my favourite anime, but I’ve always had a real soft spot for Outlaw Star.

The whole concept is just so much fun. You’ve got space pirates, bounty hunters, aliens, weird planets, huge guns, ancient mysteries and a bunch of characters who are basically just trying to survive while getting themselves into increasingly ridiculous situations.

Gene Starwind is probably one of the biggest reasons I enjoy it so much. He’s not your typical perfect anime protagonist. He’s reckless, stubborn, a bit of an idiot at times, and somehow always manages to make whatever situation he’s in even worse. 😂 But that’s what makes him so entertaining, and watching him grow throughout the series is genuinely great.

The supporting characters are brilliant too. Each one has their own personality and brings something different to the group, and the chemistry between them makes the whole show really enjoyable.

And then there’s the atmosphere. It has that unmistakable late-90s anime charm that I absolutely love. The animation, the soundtrack, the world, the action… it all comes together really well. The opening and ending are still absolute bangers too.

If you like Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, or just older sci-fi anime in general, I honestly think Outlaw Star is worth checking out.

Maybe I’m just being nostalgic, but this is one of those shows that stuck with me over the years.

Anyone else here a fan of Outlaw Star, or am I just showing my age? 😂

Advise on how to draw in this artstyle

I hope you are all well, I have dyspraxia and I love to draw. I am currently having trouble learning how to draw in YoshIhiro Togashi's more realistic character art style and wondered if any kind souls can give me any advice.
