Hit me with your recommendations please. Solo male traveller from London.

Flew two weeks ago from T5. 9pm flight to Mumbai so had dinner in T5 South Lounge. Chilli Con Carne with rice and Guacamole. An hour into the flight I threw up (thankfully into the puke bags and not on anyone else).
Food poisoning?
Anyone else suffered?
Makes me think twice before using the lounge buffet from now on.
