Hiii? I’m looking for a creative outlet because I’m having a midlife crisis, and I thought I might try art classes that meet in the evenings—does anyone have a recommendation? My specific requirements:
(1) Not ceramics. I do not like squishing things.
(2) Not writing. I write and am in a writing-adjacent career and I just cannot anymore with that.
(3) 8pm start time ideal, mayyyybe 7:30.
(4) Okay for beginners.
(5) Commutable from Toluca Lake but preferably not in the Valley. I am trying to get tf out of here from time to time.

Hi hi! Wondering if there are any bike co-ops where I could take an underused bike for tune-up help. I’m like 80 percent confident I could repair things myself (I used to work a co-op but it’s been like 18 years) but I’d love guidance and tools and community instead of YouTubing it alone.
