I got a rabbit

I got a rabbit yesterday. I was trying to see to if I could get any tips or advice. I’ve owned small pets in the past (guinea pigs, chinchillas, hedgehogs). She’s already doing good litter training and loves throwing her wooden toys around.

(This is a repost as my previous one got taken down because the pictures I took of her when getting her had wire flooring.)

Food Noise and Gym motivation

I’m 1y 8m post op and have regained from my lowest of 185lbs and am now back at 220lbs. This regain has been over the course of the last 8 months. I had a moved a year ago which stripped me from my support system and I’ve had self reflecting time as I gain weight. I don’t go to the gym at all basically compared to before my move. I struggle with doing things on my own and benefit from accountability partners and people to go with. During the weight gain, I started religiously tracking my calories (as per yalls suggestion) and was sitting between 800-1000 most days. Though I didn’t go back to the gym, which was also suggested, I struggled with that. (I also got an Autism diagnosis during this 8 months period as well which has made me more aware of why I tend to struggle with things). Though I was only eating so little calories, I was still gaining and I can only assume now that’s from lack of gym. But before I came to that conclusion, I kinda just gave up on tracking my progress entirely and give into the food noise. Recently, after doing some self reflecting though, I decided I needed to get my ass into gear and lose this regain but the food noise is SO LOUD. Almost like screaming in my ears telling me I’m hungry 24/7. Does anyone have any advice on how to help with food noise that isn’t GLP-1 related? I can’t afford those shots but I would like to know if anyone has tried other methods to calm food noise? It’s driving me insane, I’ll have eaten and be satisfied with my little portion (and my portions are still basically 1 egg and a turkey sausage patty before I’m full for 30 mins) but then after those 30 mins I’m sitting there thinking about food again.
