When looking at hangers, claws, etc, what size do I buy?

Hola! So my lobes have been stretched to 25mm for about 4 months and have healed up. Im thinking about resting at this size for a bit and want to buy some hangers and these claws but Im not sure what size I should be looking for? When I reached out to the artist that makes these they said 25mm would be way too big and heavy. Halp!

How do you advertise on FB/IG?

Hi everyone, I need to start advertising my services online to try and get more clients. Im currently working in a very diverse suburb of a major city in the US. Was wondering what type of posts/ads are you putting up? Share to dm/post examples of the posts youve been making that seem to attract new clients?

I focus on color and cutting shorter hair styles for men and women. TIA!

Obesity may not be caused by laziness but the majority of obese people are in fact, lazy.

Im going to preface this by saying that I was an obese person, not 600 lb life obese but I was definitely not healthy. I come from a family of obese people with horrible eating habits/addictions. I lost about 100 lbs and am 50lbs away from my goal. ZERO glp-1. Pure hard work, discipline, and showing up for myself. I'm neurodivergent, not on any meds and while I dont recommend "raw dogging" ADD, it is in fact possible if you have discipline.

Yes, Obese people are lazy. Maybe obese people didnt get directly obese because of laziness, but as you get heavier, the harder it is to move, and the less inclined you become to get up and get/do things yourself. You trick yourself into thinking you arent lazy but rather just choosing convenience. You wait for people already up and ask them to "get you a soda". I witnessed a family member keep their outdoor garbage bin under a window so they could just open their window, lift the screen and chuck their garbage bag through the window and thought they figured out such a high iq life hack. They couldnt be bothered to walk (maybe 10 steps) to go outside and throw it away. This person was over 550lbs, could barely walk, had severe untreated lymphedema, and spent their entire lifetime avoiding the slightest physical exertion and was constantly choosing "convenience" when in reality it was pure laziness.

Obese people tend to have similar eating habits and delusions about those eating habits as well as similar behavior patterns. They resort to eating highly processed foods because of convenience. Doordash everything because of convenience. Take the stairs? Elevator is more convenient. Park closest to a building entrance because...convenience. You start to see a pattern forming, and its basically...

tl;dr Most obese people end up in the health crisis theyve created for themselves by spending a long time of choosing convenience which is the sister of laziness. Watch a few episodes of my 600lb life or just observe the obese people in your life and youll start to see the same patterns.

Family is stuck in South Lebanon, displaced, and there's literally nothing I can do to help them.

I'm Lebanese, currently not in Lebanon. The pigmen have invaded our country and continue to bomb and murder civilians, the violence has reached my family's ancestral home (of hundreds of years) and they had to evacuate and are currently living out of a car. My younger siblings are coming to terms that they may not survive and are accepting their fate. One is 14, the other 20. There's literally nothing I can do to help them, I cant even send them money. There's literally no way of getting it to them.

Protein shake + lifting the pain away. Fuck this world.
