Total T improved naturally (300→ 748) but LH and E2 still low. Low libido/drive persists

33M Total T improved naturally but E2 and LH still very low. Not sure what to do next.

I’ve had low T symptoms for many years with several tests around 300-350 (unfortunately I didn’t tested for E2 at the time)

Latest labs after higher calories/high-fat carnivore and reducing metabolic stress for 1.5 years.

Total T: 748 ng/dL
SHBG: 36.9 nmol/L
Free T (lab): 28.6 pg/mL
LH: 2.12
FSH: 3.14
Estradiol: <10 pg/mL (ICMA tests, so accuracy may be limited).
Prolactin: 9.16
Insulin: 5.4
Glucose: 81
TSH: 1.25
Albumin: 4.69

My symptoms of low T have slightly improved in these 1.5 years but I still experience to a substantial degree the following:

low libido
Very low drive/motivation
low quality erections
“flat” feeling
Joint pain
Low energy
Brain fog

context:

no TRT history
alcohol-free for years
sleep/training/diet all solid
carnivore massively improved my fibromyalgia and mental health so not looking to introduce carbs atm

testosterone improved a lot but E2 is still <10 and LH is still low-normal

At this point:

would you just give it more time?
try raising E2 naturally somehow? Ideas?
consider temporary hCG? SERMs?

I’d really appreciate any advice since I feel I’ve tried everything in the last 5 years without anything really working.

Also id love to hear experiences of people who had LOW E2 naturally specifically, not just low T

Who actually goes deep on testosterone and carnivore?

Who do you think is the best source of information when it comes to testosterone and the carnivore diet?

I’m looking for someone who goes into actual detail, not just “eat more cholesterol = more testosterone”. I mean proper explanations around hormones, mechanisms, bloodwork, studies, long term effects etc.

Is there any doctor, coach, researcher or influencer that really specialises in this area?

I’ve tried YouTube and watched people like Dr Berry, Dr Baker and Dr Chaffee. I’m not saying they don’t know what they’re talking about, just that most of the content I’ve found feels quite shallow and doesn’t really go deep into the subject.

Would really appreciate any recommendations for good videos, podcasts, papers or people worth following.
