Difference between Riu Caribe and Riu Cancun

There’s a group of at least 10 of us going to Cancun in mid-February. We’re looking to PARTY. We want to hit Coco Bongo, but we’re debating whether we should stay at the Riu Caribe or Riu Cancun.

I guess we’re just a bit confused with what we’ve been reading, some people say Riu Cancun is the best party atmosphere, but that the nightclub can suck and all the parties are actually at the Riu Caribe? So I am just wondering what they mean by best atmosphere. I have never stayed at a Riu, nor a party resort.

We’re debating if it would be better to stay at the Caribe, where all the big theme parties are, or to choose Riu Cancun just based on reviews.

What are the overall daytime vibes like at each resort? We’d like to go to some off resort clubs as well, so any advice or recommendations would be great.

advice on joining a team!

Hi all! I’m brand new to Ladder and I am looking for some advice on which team to begin with. For some background, I’m 22F and about 150lbs. My goal weight is approximately 120-130 lbs. I try and stay away from the scale though and focus more on measurements. I would say I carry all my weight pretty evenly throughout my body if that makes sense? My main goal is fat loss. My diet is pretty clean, whole foods, high protein, minimal snacking. I plan to be in a deficit. I’ll be working out from home, I have a treadmill, barbell, weight bench, and dumbbells. I have been going to the gym for the past 5 years or so, but more on and off for the past 2 years. I have this home gym now so I want to get back into something consistent.

I also supplement my workouts with 15-30 minutes of incline walking, and then I walk my dogs in the evening, so I’m not really wanting something cardio heavy.

I have heard great things about Embody and Evolve, but I just wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations!
