Inside of bathtub drain look OK?

We had a bathroom remodel and we have had issues from some of the work not being completed properly. So I took a picture of inside our bathtub drain. Is there anything here that raises any concerns? There is caulk or plumbers putty outside that was never removed. But inside the drain, does it look like the drain fits the pipe below it? Thank you for your help.

Mosquitoes are back!

They seemed nonexistent last year. But they are back with a vengeance. Was it the heavier snow this year versus last year? The deep cold wasn’t a problem for them apparently

Rear Alaska license plate peeling and illegible

Is it a ticket waiting to happen? Or can I ignore it? Winter has won again! Why cant the state make them hardier?
