I have CM atmos and the pump has some kind of resonating sound when running at 70+%… is this normal?

Hello, I have Lian Li dan cases h2o a4 case and im trying to fit AIO… I have previously bought Cooler master ML240l core argb but the sound was like old refrigerator.. so I have bought asus tuf gaming LC II Argb which has pump on the tubes… the thing is, i was not able to fit it in at all, i had to use some extended screws to lower the PSU. I dont know what to do, because availability of compatible coolers is very limited. I also had to put the fans on top of the AIO, because it just wouldnt fit.

Edit: Imma return this one and buy Deepcool LS520SE
