Planning Permission Anomaly

Not sure if this is the right forum but saw multiple posts on planning hence requesting feedback on my situation.

We have received planning permission for a semi to extend our rear extension by another 1 mt. While talking to the structural engineer we realized that the planning proposal had an anomaly.

The circled area in the approved plan below is the existing extension wall which shows a gap between the neighbours extension and ours from the boundary (red dotted line), but in reality my extension wall is till the boundary and also the neighbours effectively making it look like single wall. I suspect it may be the common extension wall (neighbours have no recollection of this as they are senior citizens and I have bought the house recently).

My question is, does this anomaly impact my approved plan or any issues in the future ? And, if I have to extend my extension of 1 mt, should I make my new wall along with the neighbours wall till the boundary or leave a gap as the planning approval shows the same?

On Semiconductors (onsemi)

What do you all think of this stock, been steadily climbing since last few mths from $60 and it hit a surge yday by 12% to reach $116.

Is this worth the buy ?

Hello Friends - I have a 2018 220d gran tourer and I had been getting the “failure risk of the starter battery” message on the wok for quite some time now. During my planned service last mth I got the diagnostics done which showed the battery at 32%

I got the battery replaced this weekend with original BMW make and got it coded on the car- earlier it was not detecting the battery and the authorised technician spent some time and managed to code it. But even after 3 days, the app still shows the same notification of risk to starter battery.

What could be the issue here and how to get rid of this notification ? I am worried whether the car is even identifying the new battery or not. Any help would be really appreciated
