Need recommendation for a good Massage Therapist for Plantar Fasciitis

Does anyone know a massage therapist or bodywork therapist in town that’s fixed their plantar fasciitis? Looking for someone who can do the following: dry needling, cupping, deep tissue, gua sha, for my calves and feet.

THANK YOU 🙏

Safest carb to avoid bloating?

I can’t eat shit!
I am so sick of eating only meat 🤢😭

White rice or brown I can’t do
White and sweet potatoes I can’t do either

Maybe fruit is easier or low fiber vegetables?

I need carbs for my thyroid and sleep. Carnivore really destroyed my hormones and thyroid levels

What am I doing in life?

I need some help on some direction here.

31M and single and fit
Debt free, paid off car, no credit card or student loans
$20k saved up
I have a dog I spend a lot of time with
I have my own apartment
I have a job making close to $70,000
I have a pension and $30,000 in 401k
No friends just good male co workers I’m friends with and my DINK brother and his wife, and my parents.

I just workout all the time and go to work. I’m in a good spot financially but I feel like something is missing. Should I get on the dating apps or join some kind of community? I feel like I have no purpose honestly and it gives me anxiety every day that I’m getting older with nothing to show for it.

Would you say this is a good life or should I start dating? What would you guys do in this situation.

And yes, I am looking into a therapist to advise me also

Dr Berg had a YouTube video about PF and he recommended to stretch the OPPOSITE way of the toe stretch. This stretches and relaxes the tissue in your front ankle and shin area, Within SECONDS my tenderness and pain near my heal was almost completely gone. From a 8 scale pain to a 1! I’ve had this for 1.5 years!!

I started scraping my lower and upper calves and started wearing my night splints again (these didn’t do much in the past), I wonder if all 3 of these were the holy trinity. I hope it’s not placebo, because I am the happiest person in the world right now!!!!!
