My driver side airbag is on. I’m an uber driver and my inspection is due in a week. I don’t want to get it fixed because I’ll be getting a whole new car in 2 months. Is there a way I can disable the light so it’s off when I go to the inspection?

I need a new drivers side airbag and I don’t want to spend the money to buy a new one-I’m getting a whole new car in two months. Am I able to fill out the document myself? Would they ever know?
