Stake?
I have 2 mature pileas in a nursery pot with lots of babies sprouting. They have grown a lot this year and the stems are curved. Should I stake them? Ok to keep them together? TIA 🫶

I am 5’3, 35, and started out at 133 lbs and 40% body fat (measured by dexa scan).
Began taking my nutrition and exercise seriously 7 weeks ago. My goal was to lose 0.5 lbs per week for the first four weeks then upped it to 1 lb. I use the app Lose It! To track my calories and macros. I also began eating a higher protein diet. My goal is 90 g a day. Honestly, I just try to stay within my calories, meet my protein goals, and eat healthier. I stopped eating out as much and began cooking more at home.
I started strength training twice a week. Barre three times a week. For strength, I use dumbbells and watch YouTube videos.
The right side photo is after 7 weeks and at 129 lb. I was honestly discouraged that the scale hadn’t moved very much. But when I put these photos side by side, I was in awe of how much physical change has been happening over these weeks!
Just wanted to share for anyone discouraged by the scale. Take the photos!
16 oz frozen mango chunks
1/4 cup of water plus a splash
Blended and poured into container. Frozen 24 hrs. Sorbet mode once. Was a little crumbly. Pushed down with a spoon and did one re-spin. So good.
Approximately ~292 calories for the whole pint.
