Socks or booties for protection

What socks or booties actually fit your dog and protect against environmental allergens? I just blew $820 in vet bills for exploratory foxtail surgery when we're guessing it was grass allergies that caused a very infected interdigital cyst in my Boston terriers paw. I've bought her the dog crocs and sled dog slippers but neither work well. I need something that's easy to slip on n off for walks. She's a 21lbs Boston. Cytopoint no longer helps and thought about zenrelia but read it suppresses the immune system which causes infections and she's already prone to skin infections due to allergies so zenrelia doesn't make sense to me. I read about Benefra, a new type of cytopoint. Not sure what to give her next to prevent these skin infections.

Frida protocol

I've owned my rescue dog for 4yrs (she's 7yrs old), all 4 yrs she's been reactive to cats, dogs, general anxiety, trouble regulating her excitement. I've spent thousands of $$$$ on all kinds of trainers, yes including csat and medication. I've helped her improve. This year I tried Frida protocol and at first thought it was my missing holy Grail but now decided to stop using the treat machine and food. My dog is naturally obsessive, obsessed about other dogs or cats coming her direction, obsessed with food so she obsesses over the treat machine when left alone and if this treat machine malfunctions (treat gets stuck sometimes) or runs out of treats while I'm "gone" and we're training she gets frustrated and starts barking non stop which is her usual reaction when left alone without treats. So I'm having to start over and go back to simple departures with no high value treats. What's been your Frida journey?

I used to do the Naismith Be Right Back. Guess I'm going back to that. I've been single for 4yrs and my body is out of shape, I miss being able to go to the gym and feel sexy. I'd like to date again and go dancing at night, yes I use sitters to be able to socialize but that's mostly day time sitters. Just a little vent, I miss my youthful feeling days pre dog adoption. I miss being able to visit my family overseas.

Where to buy air purifier

I live in a tiny home with no ac and have a flat faced dog. With the heatwave and fire smoke, I think it's best I buy an air purifier asap since I won't be able to open windows. What should I look for in an air purifier and who sales them in town? Any advice on how to keep me and my flat face dog safe?

Camping with reactive dog

Looking for camping spots in northern California preferably the Sierra Nevada or Trinity Alps that are decent to take a reactive dog? Where have you camped that your dog was able to relax? I'm planning on camping Mon-Fri for more solitude. Lakes, rivers, day trip itinerary welcomed that worked for you and your reactive dog. My Boston terrier is reactive towards other dogs.

Update: editing to address what's being assumed in the comments. My dog doesn't bark and I've trained her with several trainers over the years. She's improved greatly but still watches for incoming dogs, I just want her to relax. Social media is out of control with people's assumptions. Just answer the question or move on.

Endometrial ablation to reduce bleeding

How do you reduce the amount of monthly blood loss? Endometriosis makes me bleed heavily monthly. I recently found out I have Hashimoto and low ferritin. The Hashimoto won't get better unless ferritin levels rise and in order to raise ferritin I need to reduce heavy bleeding. The gyno recommended endometrial ablation to reduce bleeding. Has this helped anyone reduce blood loss, raise their ferritin or improve anemia? Other options are hysterectomy or tranexamic acid. What's helped you?

Workplace accomodations

For those of you who have asked for reasonable accomodations/light duty at work can you describe some accommodations you requested? I'm clueless to this process and was warned by my manager not to trust HR, my doctor's working on the note so I'm not given tasks of intensive labor like guiding hikes on steep mountains. I work from home and do field work.

Recently diagnosed Hashimoto

What books, podcasts, channels have helped you understand how to manage Hashimoto? I was recently diagnosed and the doctor is insisting I will only feel better if I take levo. Ive had symptoms for 2yrs but diagnosed last wk. I feel fatigued daily, heart palpitations, disorientation, memory loss, eczema, weight gain. Is there really no way to prevent your immune system from attacking your thyroid!? Is the only way to manage this is taking levo till the day you die? Is there hope that diet, lifestyle changes, supplements can help manage this condition or only in conjunction with levo? I already have endometriosis, another incurable inflammatory disease I must manage for life so am feeling overwhelmed with this new Hashimoto diagnosis.
