Since the Cardinals fans chanted "overrated" to Pete Crow-Armstrong, he has a 1.292 OPS with 9 steals and 21 XBH (13 hr) in 29 games.

In his first 58 games he had a .676 OPS with 6 homers a 9% walk rate, and a 32% XBH rate.

In the 29 games since, he's got a 25% K rate, 12% BB rate, and is hitting .398/.478/.814

Additionallt, in the 10 games since u/SJSharks831 said in my original thread "I mean, he is overrated", PCA has a 1.000 OPS and a 3/2 BB/K ratio

Swapping Jaylen and Zion

Boston may not get their ideal outcome but I think if anyone can turn post-athletic Zion into a two way star, it’s Boston.

I know Trey Murphy is the one everyone’s going to talk about, but I don’t see it. I would argue that Trey on his contract is more valuable than Jaylen on his. So no Try Murphy.

No, this is Zion and Herb for Jaylen. Exact same salary. Hauser, Missi, and/or Bey could also be included to even things out.

Boston would add an elite POA defensive quarterback and another great ball handler and Boston with Zion is king of all drive-and-dish offenses.

It would be ideal for the Pelicans too. Queen gets unblocked.

PG: Murray
SG: Jaylen
SF: Trey
PF: Queen
C: Missi

With Bey, Fears, Poole, Karlo and a mish mash of young wings to compete for PT on the bench.

The Pelicans would still have Murray, Poole, and Bey (more than max salary combined) to obtain a long-term solution at center

Celtics
PG: White
SG: Herb
SF: Tatum
PF: Zion
Ce: Queta

With Hauser, Pritchard, Hugo, Walsh on the bench.

Herb and Zion would be amazing additions in Boston. Jaylen would be an amazing fit with Queen and Fears

Pelicans/Celtics: Jaylen for Zion and Herb

Pelicans upgrade from Herb to Jaylen, while freeing the PF spot for Queen.

This would still allow the Pelicans to have the Poole, Murray, and Bey contracts (plus all their picks) for a real, long-term defensive center.

Celtics spread Jaylen's contract into an elite POA defender, secondary ball handler, and a capable bench center.

Least light pollution for stargazing near GNO?

My daughter has a summer bucket list item to do a random journey at 1am so I want to drive to see some stars.

We live in Metairie with lots of light pollution and she's never really seen abundant stars. I am a transplant so don't know the area much

I'd be open to driving about an hour or more if there are really remote areas

Since the Cardinals fans chanted "overrated" to Pete Crow-Armstrong, he has a 1.400 OPS with 16 XBH in 18 games.

I never know whether the "optional" post body is required from sub to sub, so here's my comment about how insanely great PCA has been so far this month

He's also insanely erratic. He started each of the last two seasons mired in horrible slumps. He also ended last year with a .550 OPS the last two months of the year.

If Joe Dumars didn’t force his hand last year, the Pelicans would have two top 8 picks in the deepest draft in a decade

He traded the 2026 Pacers 1st (5th) for the 2025 pick (#21) (NEEDLESSLY WHILE THERE WERE STILL GAMES GOING ON) and then combined that and their INCOMPETENTLY FULLY UNPROTECTED 2026 pick (now 8th) for Queen.

Had the Pels owned the Indy pick, Indy wouldn’t have tanked as hard, but also the Pels would have tanked harder, so either way Queen for two top 8 picks so that narcissistic dipshit could put his mark on the franchise.

Someone please run him out of town.
