The seller cancelled my order. I'm sad cuz I was really looking forward to the stuff I ordered :(((

The estimated delivery date was 13 july but the order never arrived .I started to panic and out of curiosity i track the Id from the delhivery website and it shows that the seller itself cancelled my order but I don't get any updates from savana app.
I contacted the customer service and they said wait for 48 hours.. I waited and nothing changes.. I keep pestering them about my order every 2 days ..I grew tired and asked them for a refund.. finally the refund has been initiated. I'm relieved I'll get back my money but still I was frustrated and disappointed though
Does this happen often to u guys? The stuff that I want to buy is cutee though I need to find another place to buy cute stuff :(((
