I'm going through one of the most difficult phases of my life. My partner broke up with me. We had a healthy relationship, and everything was going fine. On Saturday, we both had s*x, but after that she stopped replying to my messages and didn’t pick up my calls. I was really worried about her. Even on Sunday, she didn’t reply or answer my calls.

Then on Monday afternoon, she finally messaged me and said that everything is over. And she left the city on Tuesday and is now living in Pune.

I'm not able to eat or sleep, and I can’t focus on anything. I keep thinking about her all the time. Our 2-year relationship has ended now. What should I do? How do I deal with this pain, and how should I use my time so that I don’t keep thinking about her?
