How do I set the hoodie arm to be attached to the arm?

I managed to attach all the outfit and other accessories to the head and chest armature.
But the hoodie arm and hand glove, I have no idea how do I attach them to the model's arm.

I'm thinking VRM Spring Bone, but I'm not sure if that would help.
