Currently begging for my food

F 29 no medical contidions. No allergies, environmental ones only. I take zyrtec sometimes, Lexapro 20mg ativan 1mg prn. Im 5'1 weigh 220lbs. Ive tried ketaconazole before it just doesnt help or it comes right back. I hav3 dandruff all over my hair i use nizoral daily and it doesnt help. Its embarrassing to live like this =/
