I just realised I haven't cried in over a year now.. I've been on clozapine for 13 months. I'm also on lithium too though 🤷 Anyone else feel the same?

So I had 2 iron infusions 3 months ago and I've been taking iron supplements every day. My GP said my iron levels were good a month ago, so I went to donate plasma again. Well, I couldn't donate because I'm iron deficient again 😞 Anyone else struggling with this?

I'm Australian and I've always said "Eee-thuh" but most people around me say "eye-thuh". I swear I've only heard one other person pronounce it the same as me

My side effects include: constipation, weight gain, drooling at night, incontinence and I need 10-14 hours of sleep per night otherwise I feel very nauseous. But honestly the severe bloating I get is as bad as the weight gain... I feel like I'm pregnant and it's the reason I stopped doing yoga because it's a lot harder now. In terms of the weight gain, I gained 25kg in just the first 3 months 😞
