Aero medical exam

I’m looking for honest advice about becoming cabin crew (Ryanair/Aer Lingus).
I’m 18 and planning to finish college in about 10 months which I'll be 19.
Cabin crew is my dream job and I really don’t want to do anything else, but I’m worried about the medical requirements.

My mental health history includes:

One suicide attempt at 15

Two mental health crises/panic attacks at 17 and 18

Two more suicide attempts earlier this year (March and May at 18)

I’ve been diagnosed with EUPD traits

I’m currently not on medication anymore and I'm now in therapy

I’m working towards stability and haven’t had any recent crises since then

If I stay stable for the next 10–12 months (therapy, no further attempts, functioning well in college), how likely is it that I would pass an airline cabin crew medical.

Mental health with cabin crew

Hello , for reference I'm 18 from Europe and has always been a dream of mine to become a flight attendant ( specifically Ryanair). I suffer with bpd , adhd and depression. I've also had previous suicide attempts . From my reasearch on the EASA policy on cabin crew I've read that they have a very strict policy regarding mental health and if you have a previous attempt you are automatically deemed as unfit unless u get cleared but you have to also prove a long term stability. Would 1 year stability be considered ? . Does anyone have any advice or experience on this? :(

Medical assessment

Hello, I have a question about becoming a flight attendant? I'm 18 and it's always been my dream to become a flight attendant I'm currently in college studying international airline studies and hope to become a flight attendant when i graduate next year. I've been looking into what the requirements are specifically for Ryanair and I've noticed that a medical assessment needs to be passed. I've personally struggled with my mental health severely , I've been on anti psychotics because I have bpd ( I'm no longer on any medication) but I am receiving therapy and physciatry services due to my severe mental health and previous hospitalisations due to mental health reasons . I'm afraid when they check my records during the process to become apart of cabin crew they are going to deem me as unfit:( any advice ?
