Patient sent me direct Epic message on inpatient

I'm on inpatient, all of a sudden I get a pop up Epic message notification from one of my patients they asked me why they were on a certain medication and why that specific dose and schedule. Like I don't have enough to do already. This is the last straw.

Fuck Epic. Fuck that motherfucker at Epic who thought this was a good idea. Fuck the hospital admin who enabled this feature. They can all go to hell. That's all thanks.

EDIT: for clarification, this is NOT a patient MyChart message, it’s a DIRECT Epic chat message like how nurses can message you on Epic chat

How did I get 100 multiple times ??

I do not understand this. I have gotten 100 kinda 3 times in the past couple days, but one time it was downgraded at some point to 99. I do have a screen recording because I thought it was insane that it was 100 and then another 100 the next day but then it downgraded???

I am not a “fit” person either I would say. That’s what’s more wild about these 100s. I do not understand them. You can see I do not have any “high” activity on the days I got 100. I understand less why they change and aren’t a score based on like yesterday or something. Can someone explain?? I’m newish to oura and have worn it about 5 months or so. I don’t feel like any explanation I read makes much sense.

My sleep scores suck though. I guess I care more about even being able to get even a crown there if anyone has any tips. I would say it’s probably mostly simply that I do not sleep enough. I’m not even a parent yet. 😅 I just don’t stay asleep. Also, if you get really bad sleep even if you’re wearing it, it just acts like it doesn’t count them day lol. I don’t get into sleep debt on those days even though I’ve never not worn my oura ring overnight since I got it.

Idk I’m just rambling. I got oura for sleep not activity. I’m not doing the best on the sleep category but these random 100s in activity feel completely undeserved.
