How many pastors have read the entire Bible before they entered the ministry?

Is it most of them, or would you say half/a minority of them never fully read the Bible before becoming a pastor? True Biblical literacy (perhaps Mastery would be a better term) is difficult to find from my experiences...I am not a pastor but have seminary education (Masters degree). An administrative leader at a certain seminary said he wishes more students would be better versed Biblically before attending.

Audiobook with a strong accent (similar to Scottish)?

Could I read an audiobook with a strong Minnesotan accent? I recently posted an audio track of me speaking in r/Accents (technically a video so I can't share it here, but I just blocked the screen to focus on the audio) and most people thought I was some variation of Scottish of Irish. It is very similar to the famous Jordan B Peterson's accent.

Would this be an off-putting accent for an audiobook, forcing me to look into niche books, or would it be acceptable in general?
