Hi, does CG-NAT cause packet loss and or other issues when playing on call of duty on Xbox? Or in general any Shooting competitive games?

My ISP uses CG-NAT and my NAT type is moderate. I find games lagy but I think that might be more down because I use satellite connection my latency is around 50miliseconds which is not bad, tests show I barely have packet loss maybe 1% packet loss every few mins. yet gaming on latest shooting games feels so lagy.

Would having a public IP address potentially solve my issues with lag/ bullet registration working better in my favour?

When downloading black ops 7 from Xbox store on gamepass it tries to make me download like 15 other call of duty files not related to black ops 7. Even though I manually selected only black ops 7 for download/install .

Often times when running Xbox network performance test, it shows my packet loss is 1 or 2%.

And my upload speed often drops to 1mbps.

I am connected on ethernet, and in the app it says we have an unobstructed view of the sky, but I still see some red dots.

My question is this normal to see random packet loss on Xbox?
