On Friday, Idaho 50501 joined Democratic candidates at Boise City Hall to call for accountability following the recent fatal ICE shootings in Texas and Maine.

Together, we urged transparency, independent investigations, and a commitment to protecting due process and human rights. Thank you to everyone who spoke, attended, and continues to stand for justice.

HJR 4 would amend the Idaho Constitution to give only the Idaho Legislature the power to legalize or decriminalize marijuana and other psychoactive substances, removing the ability of Idaho voters to do so through the citizen initiative process.
