Hello!I am a singlet(Is that the word for a non plural person?) that has befriended someone online who is a OSDD-1b system and has an extremely rich headspace full of “members”(the term they use for their alters).

How do I best support my friend and others like them?Im already trying to get plural kit in the the few servers I mod that don’t already have them.I have also joined every subreddit I can find about DID and OSDD,am following several educational channels on the subject and channels by other systems to better understand them.What else could I do?I want to be the best friend possible.
