In the box should include smaller box containing packages of test. Each small box will also have the same protection
Centre are requires to video proof their opening of the box and cutting off the seal. Require a student sitting in the front row to come up and check for the seal and documented in a video send to cambridge. The video must shown the entirely of the box including the seal and other part, the seal must show the signature is valid and their is no contamination of the seal or any kind.
Seal requirement
- Include cambridge authority signature sign by pen, not printed.
- Included stamp signature of cambridge, every stamp should be unique for each examination
- The centre need a camera room to store all these boxes
- Multiple boxes are expect
For returning the test back to cambridge
- A return seal, only seal AFTER the examination has done, a video recording is also needed of sealing paper packages, and the sealing process need to be film in front of student
In case there is a leak
- Any centre who did not provide legitimate video of opening seal will be suspended and under investigation with possibility of revoking license.
The metal box cost around $100 buck, examination fees for several subject sit around at $1000. So this is a very cost-efficient method.
