Is anyone else using a BSNL Delhi sim facing problems with calls from apps like Urban Company, BigBasket, Uber etc.?

Twice now I’ve had issues where delivery/service workers were unable to call me and I was also unable to call them back. One time with Urban Company service booking and today with BigBasket delivery. The delivery person said my number was showing as invalid.

I’m also not receiving OTPs from some apps like Uber.

Normal calls and SMS mostly work, but these app-related calls/OTPs fail randomly. Everything works fine if I use another operator SIM on the same phone, so it seems specific to BSNL Delhi.

Anyone else facing similar issues recently? Did you find any fix or is this some interconnect/virtual number issue with BSNL?

I recently went through a lot of hassle regarding missing marksheets and finally got all of them issued after multiple follow-ups. Sharing the actual process I learned after speaking to the result section officers, in case it helps someone:

Step 1:
First, go to the Academic UG branch (window) and explain your issue properly (missing marksheet / not printed / incorrect details). Sometimes the issue gets resolved there itself.

Step 2:
If it’s not resolved, ask for a discrepancy form. Fill it carefully and clearly mention your issue (e.g., marksheet not printed, wrong details, etc.).

Step 3:
Submit the form to the concerned section.

Step 4:
Wait for a few weeks and then go for follow-up in person. Don’t rely only on email—physical follow-up actually works.

It takes time, but it does get resolved eventually if you keep following up.
