Beba od tri tjedna odbija dojku i vec dva tjedna se izdajam i dajem mu na bocicu to mlijeko. Trudim se i dalje da ga vratim na dojku jer mi je velika želja dojenje, ali polako prihvaćam opciju da ću se morati samo izdajati.

Mame koje se samo izdajaju imate kakav savjet? Koja izdajalica vam se pokazala najbolja? Imam phillips avent električnu i za sad mi je ok. Strepim od tog da ću ostati bez mlijeka, stvaram jedva onoliko koliko mu treba, a uvijek mi se čini da bi mogao još više pojesti.

Kako si olakšati i organizirati izdajanje? Jako mi je naporno trenutno buđenje po noći da bi se izdojila dok on spava.

Kako povećati laktaciju?

My newborn (currently two weeks old) has been refusing the breast for the past five days, even though he had been breastfeeding normally before that. I think his nose might be congested, so maybe that’s why he’s refusing to latch.

I’m giving him my expressed breast milk in a bottle in the meantime.

Has anyone experienced something similar with their baby and had the baby eventually go back to breastfeeding?

This is my first pregnancy, so I’m interested in hearing other people’s opinions to help me figure out who is in the right here.

My friend is getting married 10 days before my due date, in a city that’s about two and a half hours away from where I live. I told her I wouldn’t be going because it’s summer and will likely be very hot, and I don’t feel comfortable going to a wedding so close to the end of my pregnancy when labor could potentially start at any time.

She’s upset with me and often gives me examples of other pregnant women who were in a similar situation and still went to weddings. She simply doesn’t understand why I don’t want to come.

I’m starting to wonder whether she might actually be right, or whether I should just trust my own instincts and stick with my decision. What do you think?
