The physics portion of science achievement question ?

I got domicile documents etc made and then when I tried to register they said that my father and my address wasn’t same so I need to go to another district to get noc made from them then I can apply. Can someone please help I think the noc process will alone take time and I need to apply for mdcat. Can someone help with the noc process does it get done within a day?

This feels overwhelming the fact that the closing merits are so high and every year the equivalency by ibcc reduces marks in each subject like wdym the threshold for A* urdu in 2023 was 94/100 and ibcc gives me 93 marks for that but if I had done it in 2022 I would gotten 95 marks by ibcc. This makes so difficult for even with great grades. Is it even possible to get into govt college with o a levels background. Ts is just stressful.
