Is the mac desktop app just not functional or am I the problem? I have tried uninstalling and redownloading over mulitple different days and it just does not seem to want to work. Just trying to troubleshoot because going to the website all the time is annoying.
Just got my board in the mail. I noticed on the band pins that there is a slight amount of wiggle in them. Is this normal or a defect? My mind is that they would be solid and unmoving but I can push them in slightly with little pressure.
I have solved not being able to see videos on everything but Safari desktop. Is there an issue I am unaware of? On the safari desktop, all videos and coursework disappear, and it shows the bottom of the page and nothing else. Anyone else?
Anyone else having this problem? On the desktop, it just disappears and only shows the bottom of the page, and on mobile, it just says there is an error. Just me?
I see its available for zoom but most of my meetings that I do are face to face and I am not seeing a function for that.
