I have an Moto G 5G (2024) which runs on Android and it outright refuses to connect to Windows to USB File Transfer at all. Yes, I tried tinkering with the Developer Options many times and it never helps. I also tried 7 different cables, including the one provided by Motorola and nothing. Tested each cable with a friend's phone and they all connect fine with my PC. So, the issue has to be with my Moto phone/Android.

So, without the ability to do USB File Transfer, I can't move my photos and other files from the phone's memory to the SD Card or back them up to the PC at all. So, I'm at a complete loss at this point.

Any Methods/Apps around this headache inducing issue?

As I mentioned in the title, my Moto G 2024 won't charge at all if the phone is off. It doesn't matter if I plugged it before or after turning the phone off. I can have it charging while on and go to turn it off and it just stops charging. Checked the power port and it's clean and undamaged as far I can tell.

No other phone I ever had this issue and for the few people I asked already, they never had a similar issue. Tried to contact Motorola but never made it past their useless Moji AI slop bot for any help. I'm not factory resetting my phone as the only advice it would give me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Only got to see the main Direct and had to skip out on the Treehouse. Would appreciate any answers as I'm probably not gonna get a chance to get caught up until tomorrow.
