Almost harvest season here in northern MN. I had some problems with rain and morning dew, but a small fan and a lot of deleafing has helped. Weather looks sunny and warm for the next ten days at least. I can smell these three from 100 yards off. The far left has the most pepper and spice In any weed that I remember. Hoping to see some more purple come through.
Will dry a few ounces and freeze the rest for bubble hash.
I normally grow a sea of green style in my tents, but I gave a scrog net a try outdoors and I love it. I definitely underestimated how tall these would get and am wondering about adding a third net now that some of the branches are 18-24 inches above that top trellis. Any tips or recommendations to finish these girls out would be appreciated!
Ending the stretch out here, which is good, because I am going to need a bigger step ladder if they get any taller. Going to start cleaning up the canopy and trimming out unwanted bud sites today. Still seeing quite a few aphids, so going to give them one more shot of my lost coast home brew after I finish canopy cleanup and hopefully before the buttons start to develop.
Quick update as we are entering the stretch. Added another layer of trellising on 15july (first picture) and did a pretty thorough skirting. Started to notice aphids again so I sprayed with soybean oil, Castile soap, citric acid, peppermint oil, and iso. Am going to take some clones from each this weekend and cut out any more nodes/branching that I do not want leading into the flowering. How many nodes are you all leaving per stem? Im planning to lolipop anything below 4 nodes from top after button flowers show up.
I know that 6 games isnt really enough for a new patch, but z v t went from my favorite matchup to this. My one win against terran was an auto leave. can we have the larva buff back already?
First time growing outdoors. I'm a bit paranoid about my short growing season here at 47* north, but hoping that keeping the skirt clean will help me. Any other advice for outdoor plants or my particular setup is appreciated!
Thought I lost my outdoor plants to the frost this spring, but looking great now. This is my first time growing outdoors any tips?
