Not sure what I can do to help my Guppy. Any advice to help him maybe long term? He seems to have trouble swimming sometimes and will rest at the bottom. I'm new to having an aquarium so any advice is appreciated!

Hello, this is my new Budgie Angel, I've had her/him for 2 days now. I'm curious if anyone can tell me if it's a male or female, this cage is also temporary. I have a new one coming in a couple days. Thanks in advance
