Am I wrong for wanting to quit my job after only two weeks.

So, for quick context I'm 21 years old, and I applied for work at this call center company.

I've been working there for 2 weeks and finished the training about 4 days ago.

The training is very short and it doesn't go into anything at all in any detail, it is a telecommunications company, so basically a network provider.

I started taking calls 4 days ago, and I literally don't know how to do anything at all, every customer that calls me feels like an unopened can of scary worms, I have no idea how to help them and yet I'm forced to pretend like I know, I've gotten insulted, hung up on, etc.. Which I understand is normal in this field, but it's not normal in this frequency, I've only taken about 20 calls and literally 17 of them were just like that.

And it's not like they're wrong because I indeed have no idea what I'm doing since I was never trained for it.

There is nobody to ask or support, the knowledge tool is absolute garbage without even a search bar and the system is very laggy in general.

Now, that's all a can of worms, and what I'm about to say is even worse.

So, due to them employing more people than the building could handle, there are no lockers available, and you're not allowed to enter the working area with your phone for security reasons, protecting customer data, etc..

So, everyone leaves their phone outside in a little area before entering the production area.

I left my phone like everyone else, I left it outside for one hour, usually I leave it in my bag, returned after the hour and the phone was nowhere to be seen, after heading to security I was met with "Go have your team leader send an email" instead of immediately taking action, I did that due to the fact that I was panicking, and he checked the cameras, left for five minutes and came back with the phone.

He refused to explain where or how he got it or from whom, nobody took the situation seriously although it is literally THEFT. And that left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

How can a thief simply get away with stealing property on company grounds? And why are we protecting a literal criminal.

HR did absolutely nothing the following days, right now I just don't know what to do, I've never been in such a situation and I simply don't have the life experience to deal with it, any input is appreciated.

A reasonably priced case under 6L that can fit an RTX 5070

I move a LOT between apartments and I'm absolutely sick and tired of lugging around my massive PC.

I've done hours of research trying to find a case under 90 euro that can fit an RTX 5070 and be under 6L so it's easily backpackable.

The closest I was able to find is the SPGC K49. But it just seems to be too thick and slightly bulkier than what I had in mind. Not to mention it doesn't have any fan slots. Same goes for the S300 except it's even more larger.

The Velkase 5 and Midori seem perfect but there is no way I'm paying almost 200 euros for a pc case.

Another alternative is if it's possible to somehow jerryrig a 5070 that is under 180mm in size. I haven't seen anyone do that and I'm not sure if it's even possible with any of the models.

I will go ahead and completely disregard the Colorful iGame 5070 as that's super expensive IF you can even get your hands on one.

Idk if I'm asking the impossible here, so maybe hit me with some solutions or a reality check.
