SUPER EASY - Kiko Match 900+ point Guide

SUPER EASY GUIDE - maybe this works with other browsers but I know it will work with chrome.

  1. Open up tab for Kiko Match 3

  2. Right click on that tab and click "Add Tab to New Split View"

  3. In new split video tab, open up doc.google.spreadsheets

  4. Start 6x6 match

  5. Go in order across each row, as you click the 2nd , click on the spreadsheet and type in the colors.

  6. Continue through !

The timer will STOP when you click on the spreadsheet!
So you can easily get a super low time if you just click the kiko and then immediately click over to the spreasheet

semax and selank nasal spray is incredible

I have ADHD for sure.. suffer from lack of focus, clarity, drive, proscratination, low energy , etc.

I can't and wont take adderall or stimulants because I dont want to to be dependent on them, and I am 4+ years sober and dont want any "drugs" to take .

I know if i did adderall I wold feel way too "ON" for the length of it, and if I wanted to maybe chill and relax, it's almost impossible.

THESE two in combination in a nasal spray have had a HUGE impact on my days.

I can actually do things when I think about doing them, rather than putting it off until I finally feel like it.

I feel more energy but without the stimulation , I have focus to sit and do things but I dont feel like I NEED to do them for hours and hours.

For example, I am basically self-employed but if I want to lock in for a bit and do things , I can do them... but if I wanna relax and chill , I can do that too.

It's a very subtle feeling, but it made a HUGE difference for me already .. quiets thoughts and almost stops intrusive or the dozens of thoughts a minute.

I just feel like I truly can focus and get stuff done without the nasty side effects of usually ADHD medication.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Semax and Selank Combo - Odd mood/grumpiness end of day?

So I just wanted to start trying to use nasal Semax and Selank.. I defintely have ADHD , not great focus, mental clarity, and often tired through out the day.

I dont want to be on any stimulants or any significant mood altering susbtances as I am also 4 years sober.

I was amazed when I first used it 3 days ago.

I no longer had a ton of thoughts every couple minutes going in and out, thinking of work, life, etc. I was not easily distracted, but not over stimulated/energiezed .

It's as if the thoughts had silenced and I could actually do tasks easily and not procrastinate.

It's amazing!

I feel like maybe emotionally it kind of blunted things, but not significantly.

But...

Today, in the evening about 8-9 hours after the dose, I started to feel like ... not depressed but just kinda down, a little irritable/grump and kinda just off and wanting to go to sleep to just start a new day .

I can't tell if this is related to Semax and Selank, because ONCE IN A WHILE I feel weird and off like this ... but is this a common thing? Does it usually start to subside with continuous use ?

This stuff is amazing for me for work and during the week, but Im wondering if maybe I should only use it certain busy days rather than every day?

Any suggestions/advice/experience would be appreciated!

YSK: Non-profit "Above the Ashes"

Hello everyone,

I run my own life insurance/financial planning group specifically for First Responders (First responder financial group).

And because of this I run into a lot of non-profits and partner with a lot of them to spread the word of services out here available to first responders.

Please keep a reference for the future if anything ever happens to you or your family, YOU HAVE RESOURCES AVAILABLE!

One of them is called Above The Ashes (I am unsure if links are allowed here so I wont post their website, but its right there on google).

What they do?
bove the Ashes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, educators, and their families during unexpected life-altering crises. Founded by the Bearden Family Foundation, the organization provides fast, practical, short-term financial assistance when families are facing hardship due to sudden illness, injury, emergency housing loss, natural disaster, fire, or other urgent challenges.

Through immediate support for needs such as housing, groceries, childcare, clothing, and medical expenses, Above the Ashes helps everyday heroes stabilize, recover, and begin rebuilding without carrying the added weight of financial stress alone.

So basically they will help supply funds for anything above anywhere from a few hundred to $10,000.

Be safe out there , keep this in mind if you know a fellow first responder that needs financial assistance or yourself :)
