Need to identify the plant on the left of my aquarium which looks like guppy grass.

I found a small stem plant floating in a pond so I collected it and planted it in my Patio pond . I couldn't identify the plant but using google lens I came to a conclusion it's Lagarosiphon madagascariensis Casp. But I'm not sure what it is , I'm sure it's very closely related to guppy grass but I don't know if it fits in my aquarium, still I planted it a month ago in my aquarium. If you can identify the plant please help with the plant, should I keep it ? Is it good for my shrimps, snails, guppies, is it gonna end my aquarium's eco system? Because I work abroad and I'm not going home for around 3 to 4 month not sure yet.
