I don't know what it's called exactly but it's the bar where you can access the notifs, search bar, your account icon, burger button (three horizontal lines) and the home button with the word "Reddit".

Whenever I scroll down, it completely disappears even when I scroll back up unless I scroll up to the very top. I want to be able to disable this feature. I searched online before coming here but I couldn't find any solutions for this specific problem so here I am.

If I want to view an online region with plugins that I don't have and downloaded said plugins, will they also appear in my personal regions? To be more precise, will these plugins automatically activate the same as plugins you download for your personal use?

Whenever I visit online regions, I always forego downloading the plugins so I have no idea what the region actually looks like.
