I understand leaving the property in the same way you found it & i will happily do so. But steam cleaning the carpets? I took a video on my arrival and although stated it was ‘professionally cleaned’ it was disgusting & we had roaches.

I will probably end up cleaning it myself to a better standard than it was but surely this isn’t legal? Goes against the tenancy act of 2019 from my understanding but I’ve been told this is legal & a requirement?

There’s marks on the walls that I can’t get off because they’ve used chalk paint so I can’t even do that without painting the whole flat?

& if so which would be the better choice?

Also if they do, which would be a better colour for me?

Would wella colour touch 7.1 be right into getting the length of my hair similar or the same as my roots?
