scare over possible undercooked eggs
first post on here, coming from r/emetophobia
i just made 6 medium to thin black bean burgers that used 2 eggs as a binder. I cooked them on 375 for 20 mins but I have a really shitty oven and it takes a really long time for it to get to temp. I’m just worried that since the middle was still kinda soft that the eggs weren’t up to safe temp/cooked :(
