Anyone here has had low levels of hsv encephalitis for a while? Pressure on right areas of brain and spasms and weakness on leg and right arm? Does it go down with time? Bit scared. Any experiences? Please. Thank you

Hi, I finished my studies in civil engineering here in the UK, planning to study fire engineering MSc as well here in the UK. I would like to move to France and live permanently there(I have an EU passport). I don't want to transfer from a UK international company to a french office (umbrella payments, extra fees).
I want to go to France and find a job there (not transfer) And pay french SS and NI.
Is this possible, will a french company hire me? or do they only hire french, EU trained graduates?
