Location:Indiana Hello! I want to study law as a Hobbyist, where do I begin?

I know wanting to study law as a hobby is probably weird, but something about it seems intriguing to me.

I am twenty and considering law enforcement as a job. but...

About two years ago, I visited my family doctor and was diagnosed with unspecified depression and anxiety. I was prescribed an antidepressant, which I took for about two months. Around the same time, I was also found to have a vitamin deficiency and began taking vitamin supplements for a much longer period. After treatment, my doctor determined that the vitamin deficiency was likely the underlying cause of my symptoms, and my mental health improved as the deficiency was corrected.

Would this history be a concern if I were to pursue a career as a law enforcement officer?

I have had a DMA card for a while and now wanting to start to use it. Questions.

What is some reliable firmware that can be used? (preferably cheap)

Are there any good step-by-step guides getting your DMA card setup?

Any tips?

I am twenty years old and UPF (Ultra Processed Foods) make up about roughly 75 percent of my diet and my parents mostly buy UPF. Will eating this much UPF increase the chance of dementia once I am older?

I put an IAF/IF in my IFR flight plan, is this a bad thing?

There is almost nobody that flies into this airport. the winds was favoring this runway. and the only approach to that runway is a rnav approach. so I put the IAF in my route. the controller at the time said you don't know that you are going to get that, so don't put that in your route, which makes sense. but i mean cmon. thoughts?

instead he said, that you should put the if in your route. but that was the if. idk

FAA Medical Question.

A year ago I went to a family doctor for my anxiety and depression and took anti depressants meds and a vitamin d supplement for a month and quit and I got a lot better. Would this be an issue if I was to apply to be an air traffic controller?

What is your favorite thing about aviation and how did you get into aviation?

my favorite thing about aviation is the technical sides of things, avionics, procedures, talking to atc, getting cleared for an approach. and the atmosphere of it all I love as well. what about you?

How to improve general knowledge around a technical subject, hobby or job?

For an example, I work around aviation and it feels like its always the small stuff that I don't seem to know sometimes. What's a way to work around that?

some of the stuff i learn but just forget later on.
